The characters in the name "Danbo" convey our desire that every steaming bowl of ramen - the ultimate comfort food - will provide a welcome break in the day for our customers.
In this busy world, we continue to focus on creating the best house-made Tonkotsu soup that goes into each bowl of ramen.
Since its Australian journey began, South East Queensland now boasts six stores spreading across the cities of Gold Coast and Brisbane; bringing Australians a part of Fukuoka to our white, sandy beaches!
Our greatest reward is our customers' smiling faces as they enjoy what is undoubtedly the epitome of Japanese soul food at Matsuri Brisbane 2024!
